The short answer

Medical HBOT has recognised clinical uses. Low-pressure wellness chambers are a different category.

Hyperbaric chamber: check pressure, oxygen and clinical supervision
Independent educational diagram · No universal treatment protocol implied

What medical HBOT is used for

Clinical hyperbaric oxygen is used in specific medical settings, including some serious wounds and diving-related conditions. Diagnosis and treatment selection belong to qualified clinicians.

The mild chamber distinction

Soft, low-pressure wellness chambers cannot be equated with approved hospital HBOT protocols. The pressure and oxygen delivered can be substantially different. Ask for the chamber specification.

Risks and screening

Ear pressure issues, lung concerns and oxygen/fire safety mean careful assessment and operating standards matter. Avoid unsupported promises to treat any condition.

What a cost comparison should include

Review session duration, screening, operator supervision, pressure, oxygen source, aftercare and the full package commitment. There is no reliable Bangkok-wide price benchmark in the source study.

Where to check the evidence

What we do not claim

We do not provide medical treatment, diagnose conditions or certify a provider. Verify equipment, eligibility and clinical evidence with the operator or a qualified practitioner.
