Ask three Bangkok clinics for a quote and you may get three answers that are impossible to compare: one a single consultation with blood tests, one a year-long membership, one a week at a residential retreat. The longevity program cost in Bangkok depends far less on the word "longevity" than on what sits underneath it: which tests, how much doctor time, which therapies and how many follow-ups.
Compare longevity programmes in Bangkok
Prioritise professional credentials, included diagnostics, follow-up and total cost.
This guide breaks those costs into parts so you can see where the money goes and which inclusions matter. For background on what these programmes are and who runs them, start with our longevity services overview. For how we gather and present prices across categories, see how we compare prices.
Price tiers: consultation, test-led, membership and residential
Longevity offers in Bangkok fall into four broad tiers. The ranges below come from a Bangkok clinic's published 2026 cost guide and from hospital package pages; treat them as public listings seen in 2026, not quotes.
| Tier | What you typically get | Ranges seen in 2026 listings |
|---|---|---|
| Starter / consultation-led | Core blood tests, hormone screen, body composition, doctor consultation and written plan | About THB 12,000–25,000 |
| Comprehensive / test-led | Wider biomarker and hormone panels, metabolic and cardiovascular work-up, one follow-up | About THB 25,000–60,000 |
| Elite / advanced testing | The above plus biological-age tests, VO2 max, advanced imaging, some therapies | About THB 60,000–150,000+ |
| Residential retreat | Multi-day stay with medical assessments, meals and treatments | About THB 150,000–700,000+ |
Hospital check-up centres sit alongside these tiers. A 2026 Bumrungrad brochure listed health check-up programmes, several including a biological-age test, at normal prices from roughly THB 16,000 to THB 75,000 depending on age, sex and depth. Bangkok Hospital lists a longevity check-up for women over 60 at THB 35,000 through its online platform, with a 180-day usage window.
Memberships are harder to price from the outside. They are often described by what they bundle, such as monthly drips, quarterly labs and priority booking, rather than by a published fee. Ask for the annual total in writing.
Line items to request
A single package price tells you very little. Before you compare anything, ask each clinic for an itemised breakdown. A transparent provider will give you one without fuss.
Request these lines separately:
- Doctor time. How long is the first consultation, and who conducts it? Is the results review a separate appointment, and is it included?
- Each laboratory test. Ask for a test-by-test list, not "100+ biomarkers". You want to see whether it includes, for example, HbA1c, a lipid profile, ApoB or Lp(a), kidney and liver function, thyroid tests and vitamin D.
- Imaging. Ultrasound, coronary calcium scoring, DEXA body composition or MRI are expensive line items. Ask which are included and why each is recommended for you.
- Functional tests. VO2 max, grip strength and similar measures may be listed separately.
- Biological-age or epigenetic tests. The Bangkok cost guide above priced these at roughly THB 15,000–35,000 per test when bought alone.
- Follow-up. How many follow-up consultations, over what period, and what a repeat blood panel costs.
- Therapies. Any IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen, light therapy or supplements, with per-session prices.
- Fees outside the package. Medication, extra tests triggered by abnormal results and specialist referrals.
Hospital terms are worth reading closely too. Bumrungrad's 2026 promotion stated that prices included the doctor's fee, but its terms also noted some fees were excluded, and promotional programmes could not be used with insurance. That kind of detail is easy to miss and can change what you pay.
Tests vs therapies: where the money goes
Most of the value in a longevity programme sits in two places: good testing and good interpretation. Testing tells you about your blood pressure, blood sugar, lipids, kidney function and fitness. Interpretation turns those numbers into specific, realistic actions you can follow with your own doctor.
Therapies are where costs climb fastest and evidence is often thinnest. The same Bangkok cost guide listed IV nutrient therapy at about THB 2,000–8,000 per session and hyperbaric oxygen at about THB 1,500–6,000 per session. A plan that includes a weekly drip for three months can cost more than the entire assessment.
Before agreeing to any therapy, ask what outcome it is meant to change, how that will be measured and what the evidence is in people like you. For NAD+ specifically, our guide to NAD+ IV prices in Bangkok explains how to compare quotes by dose rather than by package.
The interventions with the strongest evidence for long-term health, such as regular exercise, adequate sleep, not smoking, and managing blood pressure and lipids, are not things a clinic can sell you as a drip. A good programme spends more time on those than on add-ons.

Memberships and lock-ins
Memberships can make sense if you value regular check-ins and you would use the included services anyway. They become poor value when the monthly fee pays for things you would not otherwise choose.
Watch for:
- Long minimum terms paid upfront, especially 12 months or more on a first visit
- Non-refundable credits that expire if unused
- Therapies bundled in that you did not ask for and cannot swap for consultations or tests
- Automatic renewal with a short cancellation window
- Pressure to sign on the day of your first results meeting
Hospital promotions have their own lock-ins. The packages we reviewed stated they could not be exchanged, extended or refunded once the validity period passed. If your travel dates are uncertain, check the usage window before you buy.
A sensible approach is to pay for a one-off assessment first, take the results home, and decide on any ongoing programme after you have had time to think. Our checklist on how to choose a longevity clinic in Bangkok covers the credentials and red flags to check before you commit.
How to compare two quotes
Put both quotes side by side in a simple table. If a clinic will not provide enough detail to fill it in, that is useful information in itself.
| Compare | Quote A | Quote B |
|---|---|---|
| Total price and what is excluded | ||
| Doctor's name, specialty and consultation length | ||
| Full list of blood tests | ||
| Imaging and functional tests | ||
| Follow-up appointments included | ||
| Therapies included (with per-session price) | ||
| Validity, cancellation and refund terms | ||
| Report language and format |
Then ask two questions. First, if you removed the therapies, what would the assessment alone cost? Second, which items would you be unlikely to buy on their own? Those are usually the padding.
A cheaper quote with a thorough consultation and clear follow-up can be better value than an expensive one weighted towards add-ons. Equally, a high price is not proof of rigour. You can browse providers by type and area in our Bangkok longevity clinic listings.
If your results show anything significant, such as high blood pressure, raised blood sugar or an abnormal scan, the next step is a proper medical follow-up with an appropriate doctor, not another package.
Frequently asked questions
Is a longevity membership worth it?
It depends on whether you would use what is included. A membership with regular doctor reviews and repeat testing can help some people stay on track. One that mainly bundles drips or therapies with limited evidence is harder to justify, so start with a one-off assessment before committing.
Does insurance cover any of it?
Usually very little. Insurers generally cover diagnosis and treatment of illness rather than preventive or "optimisation" programmes, and some hospital promotions explicitly cannot be combined with insurance. Check your own policy in writing before booking.
Why do two clinics quote such different prices for "the same" programme?
Because they rarely are the same. Differences in test panels, imaging, doctor time, follow-up and bundled therapies can account for tens of thousands of baht. An itemised quote is the only reliable way to compare.
Is it cheaper than at home?
Often, but not always for like-for-like services. The Bangkok cost guide we reviewed claimed savings of 40–60% versus the US or UK. Factor in flights, accommodation and how you will handle follow-up once you return.
