Editorial expert view

Practical fit, not a clinical endorsement

Private Japanese-inspired bathing rooms with salt sauna, massage and couple packages. Better described as private spa recovery than as an intensive ice-plunge facility; cold-immersion equipment has not been confirmed.

Ask if the private sauna is included, the exact number of guests in the quoted price and whether any pool is cold enough to count as cold plunge.
